Return Policy

We want every book to reach you in perfect condition. If something's wrong, we'll make it right. Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for return

Book received is different from what was ordered
Book arrived with printing defects (missing pages, blurry text)
Book cover or spine is severely damaged in transit
Duplicate item shipped by mistake

Not eligible

Change of mind after delivery
Minor cover scuffs from normal handling in transit
Digital downloads or e-books
Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
Books with broken seals or that have been read

How to return

Email ccare@noolulagam.com with your order ID and photos of the issue.

We review & approve

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and sends a return authorisation.

Ship the book back

Pack the book securely and ship it to our Namakkal address. We reimburse return shipping for defective/wrong items.

Refund or replacement

Once we receive the return, we process a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.

International orders: Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the customer except in cases of defective or wrong items, where we provide a store credit for the return shipping cost.
